Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. However for simple changes on common items eg sizes, colors etc we will try to oblige where feasible and we have sufficient stock available. Please contact us to discuss. You may however need to pay for the return and repostage charges and a restocking fee may apply.
We suggest you open your goods immediately. If your purchased goods are faulty please contact us immediately to discuss your problems. We can then assist you to organise an appraisal and if needed repair directly through the importer or manufacturer. Often the importer/manufacturer has staff who can solve your problems by trouble shooting the issue over the phone.
For online purchases you need to return the items, at your cost to the store in the original packaging and ensure it is well packed to avoid any damage.
For Layby/Customer orders a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order applies where changes are made after a 48 hour grace period. This is required as we have often ordered the stock specifically for your order and are unable to return the goods nor on sell it, as we are holding it for you. Of course if the goods are faulty we will help arrange repairs under the manufacturers warranty.
If we have got stock in for you specifically for your order eg Furniture, it cannot be cancelled after the 48 hour grace period.
