Bassinets and Co-sleepers are great if you want your baby to sleep in your room or the flexibility to move your baby between rooms, but keeping them in the same sleeping environment. The same sleeping environment should help a baby to sleep well as babies generally like consistency. Co-sleepers enable the baby to be safe but right next to your bed. This is great in the winter months avoiding the need to leave bed too settle or feed your child.

An alternative is to put your baby direct into a cot. This saves the cost of a bassinet, but it is not as flexible to move the baby around. If you are thinking of using a cot, maybe investigate the @Cocoonababy, This is great for babies in the first 3 months, mimicking the womb when they are sleeping. This week we have now added the Thule Glide and Urban Glide to our range. The Thule Glide is designed for serious runners or people very keen to get fit. It is extremely light for a running pram, with large wells all round, slimline design and a fixed front wheel. The Urban Glide is more versatile and can be used for fitness and around town.

The Emmaljunga Nitro has large rear wheels and swivel wheels at the front. The wheels have a rubber thread and will not go flat, these make it both perfect for pushing and easy to steer, with a very easy fold. It has excellent adjustable suspension and a large comfortable seat unit for your baby that can lay down in a flat position, (instead of a bassinet if you prefer) and the seat can be positioned as either parent or world facing. The pram is deceptively light under 12 kg, with a very lightweight chassis, but no short cuts in design and comfort. These prams are still made in Sweden with extreme care and at the absolute highest quality.
