You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or credit for online purchases. Please contact us prior to returning if needed.
You should expect to receive your refund on the product price within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Postage is not refunded.

At Glenhuntly Baby Carriages we use Australia Post and post Australia Wide, to ensure that your parcel arrives safe and sound. In order to keep your cost down we do not charge a handling fee like many other online stores. Shipping time depends on the day and distance, but it is generally 4 - 7 days.
Glenhuntly Baby Carriages has a built in shipping estimator, which means that you do not have to log in to get a quote for your postcode.
1/ Simply add your products to the shopping cart,
2/ Go to the shopping cart and check your items
3/ Click "estimate Shipping"
4/ Enter your state and postcode and click the update button.
A postage estimate will be returned, if you have problems please contact the store by phone or email and we will resolve it for you.
On average Sales are shipped within 3 business days, but please call us if needed to confirm timing or if you prefer express post or couriers. Where express post and couriers are possible they will incur an additional charge which we can work out for you if required.
